里親ご希望の方は、一度ラフスペースまでお越しいただき、保護猫たちにお会いしていただいております。その上で里親ご希望の場合は、スタッフまでお声かけください。

譲渡条件

里親様になっていただく上で、一つ一つがとても大切な事柄です。
出会いの一歩がまずここから始まりますので、各項目をゆっくりお読みください。
「ラフスペースについて」の文章も併せてお読みください。
※お申し込みは先着順ではありません。また条件は個々で異なる場合があります。

⚫家族の一員として一生涯愛情と責任を持って迎え入れてくださる方。
⚫同居されているご家族全員の同意を得られている方。
⚫ペット可住宅又は持ち家にお住いの方。
⚫ワクチンや定期的な健康診断などの健康管理をしてくださる方。
⚫脱走防止や迷子札の着用などをしてくださる方。
⚫お子様がいるご家庭の場合、犬猫の個性や特質により譲渡をお断りさせて頂く場合があります。
⚫仔犬仔猫は、体調が崩れた時 に即座に対応する必要がある為、お留守番のないご家庭。
また仔犬仔猫以外でも、留守番時間がある場合、犬猫の個性や特質によりお断りさせて頂く場合があります。
⚫ご年齢により、後見人をつけて頂く必要がある場合があります。
またお断りさせて頂く場合があります。
⚫同棲中のカップルの方、またお一人暮らしの方のお申し込みはお受けできません。
⚫20歳以上の方
⚫譲渡費用として、実際にかけた医療費を負担してくださる方。
⚫先住犬猫がいる場合、原則として不妊去勢手術とワクチン接種等が済んでいること。
⚫生活環境の確認のために、必要があればご自宅のお写真をお送りしてくださる方。
⚫適齢期での不妊手術をお約束してくださる方。
⚫ お見合いに調布市までいらしてくださる方。
⚫調布市より車で1時間半圏内にお住まいの方。

お届けの際はご自宅に上げていただき、飼育環境の確認をさせて頂きます。
犬猫が変化した環境に慣れていく過程をともに見守り、生涯大切な家族として守り抜く覚悟をより深めていただくための期間として、１～２週間程度の共同見守り期間を設けております。 期間中は毎日、体調やお宅での様子のご連絡ください。

猫🐈
・初期検査費用（検便・尿検査・耳ダニ検査・駆虫・血液検査など）:15,000円
・三種混合ワクチン:5,000円×回数分
・エイズ白血病検査:4,000円
・不妊手術（口腔内処置など込み）:♂20,000円／♀25,000円
・マイクロチップ挿入&登録費用:7,000円
・保護活動協力費:3,000円

犬🐕
・初期検査費用(検便・尿検査・耳ダニ検査・駆虫・血液検査など):20,000円
・フィラリア検査:4,000円
・ワクチン接種代:7,000円×回数分
・狂犬病注射・畜犬登録鑑札代:8,000円
・マイクロチップ挿入&登録費用:7,000円
・不妊手術代（口腔内処置など込み）:体重により♂♀38,000円〜（短頭種は♂5,000円♀10,000円プラス）
・保護活動協力費:3,000円

共通
・お届けの際の交通費:2,000円
（1時間を超える場合は3,000円、高速道路やパーキング利用時は実費でご負担をお願いしています）

※全ての子に共通してかけた医療費のみを譲渡費用とさせていただきます。
これ以上にかけた医療費や飼育にかけた費用は頂いておりませんが、医療費は莫大な金額にのぼります。保護活動を継続的に行なっていくために、チャリティバザーや音楽会をはじめとしたイベントへの参加やご支援のご協力をお願い致します。

譲渡に関しては、詳細なコミュニケーションが必要となるため、日本語でのコミュニケーションができないと、譲渡をお断りする場合があります。

また、海外への引っ越し予定がある場合、譲渡をお断りする場合があります。

For Prospective Adapters 

If you are interested in adopting, we kindly ask that you first visit Laugh Space and meet our rescue cats in person. If you still wish to proceed with adoption after the visit, please speak to one of our staff there. 

Adoption Requirements

Each of the following conditions is essential for becoming an adoptive family.
This is the first step toward meeting your future companion, so please take your time to read through each item carefully.
Please also read the section titled “About Laugh Space.”
※ Applications are not processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Conditions may vary depending on individual circumstances.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be willing to welcome the animal as a lifelong family member with love and responsibility.
• Must have the consent of all household members.
• Must reside in a pet-friendly home or own your residence.
• Must commit to regular health care, including vaccinations and checkups.
• Must take measures to prevent escape and ensure the pet wears an ID tag.
• Families with children may be declined depending on the personality and characteristics of the dog or cat.
• For puppies and kittens, households must not leave them alone, as immediate care is required if their health deteriorates.
• Even for adult animals, applications may be declined depending on the pet’s personality and the length of time they would be left alone.
• Depending on the applicant’s age, a guardian may be required. In some cases, applications may be declined.
• Applications from couples living together (not married) or individuals living alone are not accepted.
• Applicants must be 20 years of age or older.
• Must be willing to cover the actual medical expenses incurred for the animal.
• If you already have pets, they must be spayed/neutered and vaccinated.
• Must be willing to provide photos of your home if requested, to confirm the living environment.
• Must agree to have the pet spayed/neutered at the appropriate age.
• Must be able to visit Chofu City, before applying for a meet.
• Must reside within approximately 1.5 hours by car from Chofu City, Tokyo.

Home Visit and Trial Period

• During the delivery of the pet, we will enter your home to confirm the living environment.
• We offer a 1–2 week adjustment period to allow both the animal and the adoptive family to gradually get used to each other and the new environment. This is not a “trial” in the sense of trying and returning; rather, it is a time to deepen your commitment to welcoming the animal as a lifelong family member. During this period, we ask for daily updates on the pet’s condition and behavior at home.

Cats 🐈
・Initial medical check (fecal test, urine test, ear mite test, deworming, blood test): ¥15,000
・Triple combination vaccine: ¥5,000 per dose
・FIV/FeLV test: ¥4,000
・Spay/neuter surgery (includes oral care):
Male: ¥20,000
Female: ¥25,000
・Microchip insertion & registration: ¥7,000
・Support for rescue activities: ¥3,000

Dogs 🐕
・Initial medical check (fecal test, urine test, ear mite test, deworming, blood test): ¥20,000
・Heartworm test: ¥4,000
・Vaccination: ¥7,000 per dose
・Rabies vaccination & dog registration: ¥8,000
・Microchip insertion & registration: ¥7,000
・Spay/neuter surgery (includes oral care):
Based on weight: ¥38,000 and up
For brachycephalic breeds: additional ¥5,000 (male) / ¥10,000 (female)
・Support for rescue activities: ¥3,000

Common Fees
・Transportation fee for delivery: ¥2,000
(¥3,000 if travel exceeds 1 hour; actual costs for highway tolls or parking fees will be charged separately)
※ The adoption fee only covers the medical expenses incurred for each animal.
We do not charge for additional care or other costs. But please understand that medical expenses can be substantial. To continue our rescue activities, we kindly ask for your support through participation in charity bazaars, music events, and other fundraising efforts.

Language and Relocation Policy
Due to the need for detailed communication regarding the adoption process, we may decline applications from individuals who cannot communicate in Japanese.
Additionally, if you plan to relocate overseas, your application may be declined.
